Nylon does not gradually soften with the increase of heating temperature but softens in a

specific temperature range to the melting point. Once the temperature is reached, flow occurs, and discharge is smooth and not easy to plug.

Low friction coefficient, good mechanical properties, repeated bending will not break, not easy to be warped edge after forming the flame retardant.
